This morning I’ve just read a newspaper at my coffee time. I was impressed with one of elite figures who have succeeded in property business. Most of people should agree that we are still experiencing such a financial crisis and it might be unprofitable for many businesses from any fields nowadays. Many should agree too that this should not be the right time to start a new business because of recession and its effects. Therefore many people prefer to hold this idea while waiting and looking for the right time to start a new one.

While people generally think in this way, one of public figures I’ve seen in newspaper didn’t think the same. He has developed some of property and education businesses for the last ten years and I surely believe that he has been one of the most influence businessmen in my country. He said that this might be right time to start a new business since business owners might get low prices and costs for their employees. Since many people are dismissed from their job then he thought that it should not be difficult to find many employees who want to be paid cheaply. Furthermore they should be more loyal to their company since it might be quite difficult to find another job out there. This has inspired me so much and I would consider getting started a new one!
